I established Grady Realtors, Inc. in 1979 after I had been a partner in the real estate firm of Reavy, Grady and Crouch Real Estate since 1969.  My wife, Betty came into the real estate buisness full time in 1980 after having been licensed since 1971.

Betty and I were proud to have our oldest daughter, Cindy Hamilton join Grady Realtors, Inc. in 1991.  Next to join the family real estate business was our son David in 1994.  Then in 2001, our daughter Melissa began her real estate career making Grady Realtors, Inc. a true "family serving families" real estate business!

Having 39 years in the real estate buisness, I have seen Springfield, Illinois grow to a town that people truly love to call home.  I believe Abraham Lincoln would have been proud to see what has become of the town he so dearly called home.  I hope you will considering using the knowledge and experience of our agents who have been born and raised in Springfield.  We appreciate your business and look forward to working with you in the near future.
