Patrick V. Grady began his real estate career in 1969 and became a partner in the firm of Reavy, Grady, & Crouch. The firm had two offices and over 30 sales people. In 1979, he decided to open his own office on S. MacArthur where he is to this day.

Pat’s wife (Betty) became a broker and joined the firm in 1980 and today is the president of Grady Realtors, Inc. Between the two of them, they have consistently produced over 15 million in sales per year. Their three children (Cindy, Dave, & Missy) came on board over 20 years ago and have done a magnificent job in expanding the family business.

Patrick enjoys being active in the community. He has been involved in coaching the basketball and football programs at Christ the King and the NW Rams Junior Football. He has served on boards for the American Business Club and the Capital Area Association of Realtors. He was selected to be the Grand Marshall of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in 1988. In 2004, Patrick was given the William B. McKenzie Award, from the Springfield Jaycees, for distinguished volunteer service. In June of 2005, he was selected as one of the finalists for the Small Business Person of the Year for Sales Exceeding One Million Dollars.
